So, without our knowledge, we were mystery shopped three times, had two online enquiries (to test our customer service and technical knowledge) and our data in relation to the quality of our advertising (including photos, descriptions, floorplans, etc), lead response times (both phone and email) and performance based upon our instructions and ability to let properties quickly to quality applicants were all assessed.
Guess what? Not only did we make it into the top 20% of agents across the UK (yes, Nationally), but we won an award of excellence placing us in the top 10% of that 20% too!!!
