November Market Update

As we head in to the Christmas period the November market is still very much buoyant as properties are still selling at strong prices. The viewing levels have decreased slightly which is a yearly trend in the lead up to Christmas and the New Year. This has resulted in some vendors taking a break from their marketing.

According to figures produced by Right Move, the best time to re launch your property are the days between Christmas and New Years. There is a high spike in average views in that week in between. We also had a property which is a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment which was re launched with professional photography and has since gone for above the marketing price.
