HOW ROCHILLS WAS FOUNDED
Fifteen years ago, Marcel and Sarah Roccia identified an opportunity for a truly independent family run agency, built on family values of honesty, trust and professionalism. The name “Rochills” is a combination of Marcel’s surname “Roccia” and Sarah’s maiden name “Hill”, together they formed the company name “Rochills”, this partnership has resulted in Rochills estate agents today becoming a multi award winning agency which holds those values closer than ever; guiding the ethos, direction, growth and culture of the company.
