Activity levels in terms of viewings are up. The Walton on Thames office booked in an increasing number of sales and lettings viewings compared to last month . This equates to a 9.7 % increase in lettings viewings and a whopping 32% increase sales viewings in the last month.
April has been our busiest month this year and the number of lets agreed is our highest in three years . Even though there is an increase in number of lettings properties coming to market, properties are still letting within an average of seven days.
