The surmise of it is to be as flexible as possible as a vendor. Buyer behaviour trend is that they tend to book a day of viewings which can be as many as six to eight properties within a certain segment of the day. It so often happens that if a vendor is not able to accommodate viewings, the buyer sees it as somewhat task full on occasion when it come to backing and forthing trying to find a day and time to agree on for a viewing. Another point is to allow access for the agent. We will never want to turn down any viewing requests and this can often mean last minutes requests to view on the back of seeing a For Sale board or that they happen to be in the area.
Viewings are the main aim for an agent and turning it down is essentially turning away a potential sale. Be flexible, allow good access and sell quicker.
