I met Marcel Roccia in 2007 when I was looking to purchase my first home with my wife. He was very personable, really wanted to know about me, my wife, what we were looking for in our first home. He understood our budget and the type of place we were looking for and helped us find that.
I think the Rochills way is a very consultative approach, they really care about what you’re looking for now, and they want to know how long you want to be there for, how long you intend to keep it or whether you want to sell it in a year, whether you’re growing your family. And that is really important. It’s not just about the quick sale or the quick let, now. I have really built a relationship with Marcel and Sarah.And as their family business has grown, and their team has grown, those family values have extended through the whole team. I couldn’t recommend them more.
Over the 10 years I have had the pleasure of working with most of the staff at Rochills. Marcel and Craig have been awesome trying to help sell my property. They have got me the best deals I could possibly have got, I have been really happy with the prices they have got for me on my properties. And when they have been letting them out, Sarah and Jurgen have been awesome at keeping them managed, keeping the payments coming in which is exactly what you need when you’re working with an agent.
What I feel sets Rochills apart is that they are an independent business. And they’re family run. And it gives them the flexibility to move with the market. Be really personable, they’re advisory. If the business that you want to do is not necessarily with them, then they will talk to you honestly about that. And I’ve built up real friendships and trustworthy relationships with everyone there. For all my property needs, I will always start with them (Rochills). And I could not recommend working with Rochills anymore.
We first came across Rochills when we rented a property in Walton on Thames a few years ago. We were in the property for a few years and, as such, developed a good relationship with Sarah who looked after us and was always quick to help whenever a problem arose in the property.
One example that we recently experienced is that we contact Rochills to come and value the property that we own because we are just about to start some building work. Marcel and Roberto came over for a whole hour and looked at our property and gave us advice on how to maximise space and gave us great ideas of how to use the property in the future to maximise the sale.
You can really tell with Rochills, their approach is one of building a lasting relationship with their clients. They do not fit with the typical image of the hard nosed, cut throat Estate Agent who is only interested in the sale. They like to make the whole process comfortable and really develop their relationship with people and within the local community and local businesses as well.
To summarise, I could not recommend Rochills enough to friends or anyone thinking of renting their property out or buying and selling. You will get a great relationship going!

I managed my own rental properties for many years, however, it got to a point where I was not able to dedicate as much time as required to properly manage and maintain my properties as much as I was formerly able to. Had it not have been for Craig, I don’t think I would have got this over the line. He was caring, he was engaging. He really did a great job of managing my expectations in terms of the timelines of what needed to be done. Marcel overseeing the entire operation showed he really cares about his customers.
In summary, I would describe Rochills as a very caring, focused and engaged organisation to work with. Moving property is very much a personal thing. You can’t put a property to a person, the person has got to find the right property. Rochills did a great job!

I have used Rochills Estate Agents for the last three years to secure tenants for several of my properties. The customer service is fantastic and I am always kept fully up to date with all progress and viewing feedback. The advert for my property goes up within an hour and viewings tend to follow very shortly after.
The speed in which my home is let never fails to astound me, I think two weeks is the longest that it has taken and that was due mostly to indecision by tenants and therefore there was nothing Rochills could do to speed this up. Also I obtain excellent advice about the property industry and always find their property blog www.waltonpropertyblog.com very informative.

We have been clients of Rochills for a number of years, renting properties in and around the Walton area. The rental side is very bespoke and tailored to our needs as landlords living abroad. Rents always transferred in a timely manner and any property maintenance dealt with by professional contractors recommended by Rochills. In July 2015 we asked Rochills to value our home for sale and instructed them to act on our behalf. We were immediately inundated with viewings, conducted professionally by Rochills, and again kept up to date with viewings and feedback whilst we were abroad. Once the sale was agreed the sale progressed in a speedy manner, with regular updates from our dedicated sales manager, Craig Kirk. We still use Rochills to rent one of our properties and would definitely use them again if we look to purchase in the UK.
